Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Your order must have been purchased directly through our website.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no return required.

What We Don't Cover

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Orders purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly)
